When the trumpeters and singers were heard as a single voice praising and giving thanks to the Lord… the cloud filled the house of the Lord.

About the Arts Academy
For hundreds of years, the practice of religion has been supported by the arts. Songs, poems, hymns, dances, and sacred images have been used in places of worship as aids to prayer and meditation. At St. Peter's, music is a central part of our parish ministry.
With the dream of providing the community with wider access to music and the arts, St. Peter's Community Arts Academy was founded in 2005. The Academy's mission is to reach out and share the gift of music education with all members of our community — regardless of background or ability to pay.
Community Choirs
The Academy is home to four community choirs with over 100 combined members. Each choir sings one Sunday per month at the Choral Eucharist service and participates in two annual Concert Series events. Learn more about the choirs and how to join.
